Directions:

• At times when life is challenging, Equilibrium can help to soothe and balance, especially helpful for women during menstruation and the menopause.

• Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale to experience the blancing effects of Equilibrium during the day. In the evening dilute up to 8 drops of Equilibrium in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water.
• Or, try blending a total of 3 to 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults.

• Also, try 6 drops of Equilibrium in an oil burner, Aroma-Bowl, Aroma-Mouse or Aroma-Space diffuser to create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
