    Directions For Use

    • 2 level teaspoons (approx. 3 grams) or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, juice or blended into a smoothie.
    • Take daily, ideally before food.
    • Dose may be split: 1 teaspoon before breakfast and 1 before dinner.
