Indigo Herbs Fo-Ti Tincture, 100ml

Fo-ti tincture (Ho Shou Wu) from Indigo Herbs is made from the finest quality dried and milled Fo ti (Polygonum multiflorum) root. Highly praised in China, second only to Ginseng in reputation and use. Fo-ti tincture can be added to a little liquid and taken daily.

Directions For Use

Can be can be taken directly or diluted in water or fruit juice. For children, the elderly, those with a sensitive constitution or those avoiding alcohol, the alcohol can be evaporated from the tincture. This can be done by putting the drops in boiling water and leaving for 10 minutes to evaporate.

Traditionally Taken: 1-3ml up to 2 times per day or as directed by a Herbal practitioner.

20 drops from the glass dropper equals approximately 1ml.

Precautions

Not to be used while pregnant. Excessive use may cause gastro-intestinal upset and diarrhea.
