HEALTH CLAIMS (EU Regulation 432/2012): Folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Iron contributes to the normal functioning of red blood cells, haemoglobin and the transport of oxygen in the body. Chromium contributes to the normal transportation of iron in the body and helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. Folates, vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc contribute to the process of cellular division. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, iron and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Calcium citrate (66,7 mg Ca/capsule), magnesium bisglycinate (33,3 mg Mg/capsule), potassium citrate (23,3 mg K/capsule), calcium-L‑ascorbate (vit. C), iron bisglycinate, D‑pantothenate calcium (vit. B5), zinc citrate, thiamin hydrochloride (vit. B1), nicotinamide (vit. B3), chromium picolinate, D‑alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vit. E), riboflavin-5'‑phosphate sodium (vit. B2), pyridoxal-5'‑phosphate (vit. B6), D-biotin, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, manganese citrate, calcium-L‑methylfolate, phylloquinone (vit. K1), methylcobalamin (vit. B12), sodium molybdate, L‑selenomethionine, copper citrate, cholecalciferol (vit. D3), potassium iodide, vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; purified water).

 

Directions For Use

1 capsule daily with meals.
