Quest Omega 3-6-9, 30 Capsules

Quest Omega 3-6-9 provides a balanced blend of the omega 6 fatty acids gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA) from evening primrose and borage oils combined with omega 3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from fish oil. Also naturally contains the omega 9 fatty acid oleic acid. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This beneficial effect may be obtained with a minimum daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Directions:
Take two to three capsules daily with food
