Essential magnesium to help you unknot, unwind and ease tension. Created in a spray for optimal absorption, the formula is fortified with calming lavender oil and healing arnica extract. Use before bed as a sleep aid, or post-workout to speed up muscle recovery. When taken in a capsule or tablet, as little as 4% of magnesium will actually be absorbed, whereas when magnesium taken “trans-dermally”, or through the skin, it will absorb 5x faster and more effectively as it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
